Australia - a land of drought and rain. Yes a land of extremes from the drought-ravaged areas to the torrential rainfall spots across the tropical north.
Water is such a precious resource in our dry continent, even though we are an island fringed with beautiful beaches. Once away from the coast, our country is mainly either dry, drier, or in drought, so water isn't something to be taken for granted.
